I use mostly free programs as well. However sometimes its better to invest in a good commercial utility such as a full fledged real time defrag program that will run intelligently and require no manual input as this is a task thats often neglected.

The Central Bank's position on CBNet's operation is most regrettable.
The infamous “Pyram” and R5 of unknown origin collected and kept deposits, of no limited amount, from individuals and promised to pay interest that kept reducing from 50% to 10% (I still have my “Pyram” agreement certificate).
Capital Builders' Network is a registered Limited Liability, fully Ghanaian Company that pays taxes to the Nation and SSNIT contributions for staff. It started with seven and now has over eleven thousand registered members, of whom 18% are first-time Bank account holders! Those accounts are not with CBNet, but the regular Banks where CBNet has its accounts.
With the CBNet scheme, it is purely "Susu" with the introduction of ICT. Membership is voluntary and no one is lured or forced to join. Daily, potential participants are taught how they could leverage the traditional fellow-feeling Ghanaians have towards each other during one's bereavement, for example, to make a one-time contribution of GHC25.00 to be distributed among groups of people who had done so earlier. For each individual, this computer monitored "donations" go on for a period of 8 weeks and terminates. Whatever the "donations" amount to, within that period, is what you get; GHC 1,275 maximum. The member could then restart afresh.
Until January 24, 2011, when a Graphic reporter, irresponsibly, gave a sensational headline to what turned out to be a copy of conditions of the CBNet scheme, many are those who have been able to open a Bank account for the first time in their lives, pay their children’s school fees and put food on the table for their families.
Capital Builders' Network Limited, by every indication, has demonstrated its readiness to become the yardstick of the "Susu" practice in the 21st Century; The ICT age.

I think legal actions should be taken against the national accreditation board. How can you say you've withdrawn an accreditation granted to an institution which has met all your requirements after it has started running the program. This is a clear act of sabotage on the the part of NAB. It also shows that those working under the NAB. are not doing their work well. The goverment should step in to prevent the NAB. from acting in such an unprofessional manner. K. Poly should also take legal actions against the NAB. What do they want those students to go. If anything at all, students who have already been admitted and have started with the program should be allowed to complete their studies and duly certified after the period of studies . This is what i think about this issue.
