Ghana striker Mathew Amoah
The NAC Breda man is said to have picked up an injury during their last Eredivisie match over the weekend.
According to Kickoffghana.com the 30-year-old is a confirmed absentee for the match to be played at the Somhlolo Stadium.
Amoah has scored four goals in the opening four matches of the Dutch Eredivisie.
Kevin-Prince Boateng is also a doubt after picking up an ankle injury at the training ground in Soweto.
The 23-year-old has retained his World Cup form and was impressive in his Serie A debut against Lecce where he made an assistant.
